Christensen’s Flower Auction (CFA) is Australia’s only fresh flower auction for trade        customers.

CFA is a fourth generation family company owned by Nick Christensen and his wife Amelia Christensen. Family patriarch, Ben Christensen founded the business at the Brisbane Markets in the early 90’s and it has quickly become a major player in the floral industry. CFA now facilitates the sale of over two million flowers each year through an actual and           online auction facility.

CFA has grown to support more than 400 growers and 250 buyers across Australia and employs 30 people locally at its headquarters at the Rocklea Markets in Brisbane.

Instead of ordering flowers through a “phantom florist” customers are connected directly to a “real florist” in the local area they want to send flowers to. The SendFlowers Florist then takes their order, ensures it’s sensational and delivers it when it needs to be there.

Auction Interactive will combine the physical aspects of a house auction with the uniqueness of a remote auction to create one integrated bidder platform. The Auction Interactive technology will allow people to actively compete in a real time auction from anywhere in the world.
